The Landing Zone
Hi, I'm Rosson Long. Back in 2017 my brother Sterling (right) and I (left) had a dream to found a company that would allow developers to participate in and create products that they could gain shared ownership in. We also wanted to build a team and help each other learn, grow, and "graduate" from LZTEK with that ownership along with the knowledge and skills to support themselves. In 2020 Sterling and I did just that, we started LZTEK. Fast forward 4 years and LZTEK is now launching it's first product, Sightline Studio, out to multiple factories in Guatemala. Meet the team that's making it happen below.
